Follow Along with Geoshield as We Transform Our Eye-Catching 2024 Toyota Tacoma

At Geoshield, we're thrilled to announce our latest project: transforming a stunning 2024 Toyota Tacoma in the eye-catching Solar Octane color. This truck isn't just any vehicle—it's a showcase of innovation, craftsmanship, and the exceptional quality of our PPF (paint protection film) products. Over the coming months, this Tacoma will evolve into a head-turning masterpiece, ready to hit the road for some of the most exciting tint and PPF shows in 2025, culminating in a grand appearance at the 2025 SEMA show.

Why the 2024 Toyota Tacoma?

The choice of vehicle was clear. The Solar Octane color is a bold, vibrant hue that perfectly highlights the capabilities of our PPF. This color is not only a showstopper but also an excellent canvas to demonstrate the clarity and durability of our films. Additionally, the aggressive body lines of the Tacoma provide the perfect playground for showcasing how our PPF can enhance and protect every curve, edge, and contour of a vehicle.

What to Expect

From the tires to the roof rack, this truck is getting a complete overhaul. We’ll be documenting every step of the process, including:

• Wheel and Tire Upgrades: First, we are going to customize the OEM wheels using 3D-printed parts and reflective vinyl, but eventually, we would like to partner with a wheel company on some custom wheels.

• Simple Power Mods: Turbo engines make it too easy to add power, so we will definitely be adding a basic tune and bolt ons to make this truck perform more like the TRD Pro.

• PPF Installation: Highlighting our premium products—designed to protect and enhance the Tacoma's striking Solar Octane finish.  We are working all of the Ceramic Shield PPF styles into the design.

• Interior and Exterior Enhancements: There is a huge following for the Taco, and there are a lot of great products made by talented enthusiasts... we want to feature those in our build!  If you make something cool for this truck and want to see it on our Geoshield rig reach out today!

This truck had 2800 miles when we purchased it and someone already installed tint on the front two windows.  In our next video we will be replacing this and tinting the windshield with Geoshield Apex.
