Geoshield is committed to delivering professional-grade products and standing behind every order. This policy outlines our return eligibility, warranty coverage, and the steps required to request service or authorization.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 45 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be in original packaging
- Products must be in resellable condition
- Prior return authorization is required
- Custom-cut rolls
- Partial rolls
- Discontinued products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Geoshield as soon as possible.
- Shipping-related damage will be resolved promptly after review
- Incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery
- Product defects will be evaluated and addressed with replacement or account credit when applicable
Supporting photos or video may be required to assist with evaluation.
Return Process
Step 1 – Request Authorization
Contact Geoshield Customer Service by phone or email with:
- Original order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or video if damaged or defective
Step 2 – Review & Approval
A Customer Service representative will review eligibility and issue authorization if approved.
Step 3 – Inspection & Resolution
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approved returns will be processed as a refund, replacement, or account credit where applicable.
Returns received in unacceptable or misrepresented condition may require additional review.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved
- Restocking fees apply where noted
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage varies by product line and applies only to products installed according to Geoshield installation guidelines.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidents or physical damage
- Environmental conditions outside normal use
Proof of purchase and installation details may be required.
